Dr Janice Xue graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2010 after an internship at SUNY School of Optometry New York. She is currently the Principal Optometrist and Vision Therapist at Eyecare Plus Broadway.

She began her career at the Australian College of Optometry (ACO) in Melbourne and as a therapeutically endorsed Optometrist she has been actively involved in the co-management and treatment of ocular diseases (Glaucoma/ Macula degeneration/ Diabetes/ Retinal disease clinic) with ophthalmologists from the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. She also took on the role of clinical teacher at the ACO.

She has a keen interest in children’s vision and myopia control and has worked abroad in Asian learning Ortho-K and myopia progression Control.

She has undergone training with the Australian College of Behavioural Optometry as part of the Optometric Extension Program in the field of Behavioural Optometry and Vision Therapy.
