If your child has been diagnosed with amblyopia and you are starting patching to help improve their visual acuity, our optometrists in Sydney have found lots of activities you can do together to make patching more fun for your child and less stressful for the parent! Remember that you need to patch for around 120 hours to get a one line improvement. Vision Therapy is another really good option to consider to make both eyes work better together.
