Priyanka Mittapalli is a skilled Optometrist and Vision therapist, with a strong academic foundation from the Bausch and Lomb School of Optometry, LVPEI-BITS Pilani, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Optometry from SCO-Chitkara University, India. She worked at various eye hospitals in India for over 5 years as a Clinical Optometrist and in academia with particular focus on paediatric optometry and vision therapy.  

With her experience, she is able to address complex conditions such as amblyopia (lazy eye), strabismus (crossed eyes), binocular vision dysfunction (problems coordinating both eyes), and visual perceptual challenges, for all ages and children with special needs. She is currently enhancing her skills through a fellowship in vision therapy under FASCO-India, demonstrating her commitment to advancing her proficiency in this area.

You will also see her out the front helping patients choose appropriate frames and lenses for their visual needs, and making adjustments for optimal fitting of their spectacles.
