Local Optometrist, Dr SooJin Nam and her team have recently been presented with the Practice Growth Award at the recent 2016 Eyecare Plus Leadership Award Ceremony, for their Eyecare Kids practice located at Hillsdale.
The Eyecare Kids practice is dedicated to improving the vision and eye health of children for conditions such as strabismus, amblyopia, convergence insufficiency, focusing problems as well as prescriptions for glasses. The practice boasts the widest range of children’s frames in the area and carry unique and popular brands of frames and sunglasses. Eyecare Kids also provides optometry services for the whole family, so parents can have their eyes examined in the same practice. Testing children’s vision often finds undiagnosed binocular problems in parents, explaining symptoms and vision problems they may have experienced as a child.
SooJin says, “It is a great honour to receive the Sales Growth Award and see the entire team’s hard work pay off. Word of mouth referrals have been the main reason for our growth and we would like to thank our patients, parents and local teachers for this. It is a testament to the value our dedicated optometrists, vision therapists and optical dispensers, place on delivering excellence in eye care and eyewear to our patients.”
Eyecare Kids is a member of the Eyecare Plus group of independent optometrists. With a focus on clinical excellence, Eyecare Plus practices are 100% Australian owned and operated.
“You know when you visit your optometrist at Eyecare Plus you will be served by locals, caring for the local community,” comments Simon Lewis, General Manager for Eyecare Plus.
