Swathi commenced her optometry career at GKB lens, India, as a full-time optometrist until she she left India to pursue a career in Australia.
She was in charge of the optometry clinic at one of the GKB lens’ clinics and she was known for rendering comprehensive eye care services to her clientele.
Swathi’s area of interest include contact lens fitting, strabismus and binocular vision. Her love for binocular vision and the fact that she finds immense satisfaction in working with kids is what brought her to Australia to practice as a Vision Therapist with Eyecare Kids.

Although most of the times Swathi could be found immersed in literature when she is not working, she loves to spend time on the beach and go on long drives with family. She is a music enthusiast and is currently learning to play the violin.
